We can’t all “carry the mail”, but you could carry your laptop, sketch pad, and other possibles in style. This is a fairly accurate 1940s mail carrier bag reproduction. They were designed to carry up to 40# everyday. 

This one is hand crafted with leather from @thetanneryrow Horween Essex in un-dyed natural finish. This leather will age and darken like a cowboys well worn saddle. All solid brass hardware sourced locally from @landwerlenleather.

This bag is available, I made it about a year ago as a passion project. It has never been carried still hanging on the wall in my shop. DM if you’re interested.
